During my career, I have been responsible for designing, operating, ensuring security, and ensuring compliance for backend systems and IT infrastructure serving millions of clients at both Volkswagen and Startnext. I have designed and operated several SaaS solutions, both on the Volkswagen on-premise OpenStack cloud and on AWS, ensuring that these solutions not only meet technical requirements but also legal and compliance standards.

In my previous roles, I consistently prioritized building a work culture that fosters learning and growth among all team members. This collaborative approach extends beyond individual teams and business functions, and I strive to take a holistic view to understand non-technical problems.
